Manufacturing
Raw steel in. Finished racks out. All in-house.
Grantec is not a trader. Since 2005 we have run our own sheet-metal plant in Cixi, Ningbo — around 200 people, six R&D engineers, and the full chain from laser cutting to powder coating under one roof. That is how quality stays consistent at container volume.

Flat-pack container math
Most cabinets flat-pack into a small number of packages, which slashes shipping volume. A 42U JA cabinet drops from 1.323 m³ assembled to 0.477 m³ flat-packed — about 64% less — so you load far more racks per container.
Each series page lists assembled and flat-pack carton volumes per model. Container quantities depend on your product mix and loading practice — send us your order and we will prepare a loading plan.
