Quality control
Inspected at every stage, by 10 dedicated QC staff
Consistency at container volume is the question every distributor asks. Grantec answers it with four named inspection stages, batch testing on real instruments, and an ISO 9001 quality system — so the tenth container matches the first.
- IQC
Incoming inspection
Steel gauge, tempered glass, locks and bought-in parts are checked before they enter production.
- IPQC
In-process inspection
Dimensions, hole positions, welds and coating are checked during fabrication, not just at the end.
- FQC
Final inspection
Assembly, door fit, rail alignment and finish are verified on the finished cabinet.
- QA
Outgoing assurance
Packing, labelling and documentation are confirmed before the container is sealed.
Test instruments
Every batch is measured, not eyeballed
Three instruments keep coating and colour within spec:
- Salt-spray test chamber
Verifies coating corrosion resistance.
- Coating-thickness gauge
Verifies powder-coat film thickness.
- Colorimeter
Verifies RAL colour consistency batch to batch.
