Raw steel comes in; finished racks go out — laser cutting, CNC punching, CNC bending, welding, five-stage pre-treatment, powder coating, assembly and QC, all under one roof. No trading, no outsourced fabrication.

Inspected at every stage, by 10 dedicated QC staff
Incoming, in-process, final and outgoing inspection — IQC, IPQC, FQC and QA — run as named checkpoints, not an afterthought. A salt-spray chamber, coating-thickness gauge and colorimeter keep corrosion resistance, film thickness and RAL colour consistent container to container.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the factory. Grantec operates its own sheet-metal plant in Cixi, Ningbo — laser cutting, CNC punching and bending, welding, powder coating and assembly are all in-house, running since 2010. You buy factory-direct, not through a trader.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and whether you need customization such as your own colour, label or carton. Tell us the models and volumes you are planning and we will confirm the minimum for your order — mixed-container orders across several series are welcome.
Which markets do you export to?
We supply distributors and integrators in the United States, Germany, France and Australia today, and we are expanding partnerships across the EU and in Turkey. Our racks are built to 19-inch and 10-inch international standards.
Can you produce racks under our own brand (OEM / ODM)?
Yes. We do OEM and ODM: your logo and label, any RAL colour, custom sizes and door styles, and custom cartons. We build to your drawings or adapt a standard series to your specification.
How are racks packed for container shipping?
Most cabinets flat-pack into a small number of packages, which cuts shipping volume sharply versus assembled units — a 42U JA drops from 1.323 m³ assembled to 0.477 m³ flat-packed. That means many more racks per container. Open frames like the GR pack down to under 0.08 m³. Cabinets can also ship assembled when you prefer.
What is the difference between a wall-mount and a floor-standing rack?
A wall-mount rack (our QA, QA-H, QB and 10-inch QJ) hangs on a wall in 6U–15U for switches, patch panels and edge sites where floor space is tight. A floor-standing rack (our JA, JB, JE and open-frame GR) sits on the floor in 18U–48U for servers and dense network gear, with far higher load ratings — up to 1200 kg on the JE.
